Minimum Enrollment Qualifications
In order to qualify for this special rate, your firm must practice 90% insurance defense work or greater.
In addition, your principal office must be located in California, and your firm must have a minimum of six attorneys.
Application Process
A completed Lawyers’ Insurance Defense Program application including all requested attachments and additional information will be subject to underwriting and review by Lawyers’ Mutual.
