Our $50 Contribution towards Your Mandatory Fingerprinting Costs
As your partner, we remain dedicated to assisting you in your practice. To that end, we want to encourage your compliance with the State Bar of California’s new fingerprinting requirement by offering you $50 towards the expense of your mandatory Live Scan re-fingerprinting.
For all the important details regarding this current State Bar requirement, we urge you to visit http://www.calbar.ca.gov/Attorneys/Attorney-Regulation/Fingerprinting-Rule-Requirements. The deadline for submitting your fingerprints to the State Bar is April 30, 2019.
To receive your $50 per attorney, simply submit to us a printout of the updated State Bar Profile demonstrating fingerprinting compliance for each lawyer at your firm. We will then send you a check payable to the Named Insured. If you are a firm with more than one lawyer, please submit proof for all attorneys in one submission.
