Well-Being Week in Law (May 6 – 10)
WWIL is organized annually by the Institute for Well-Being in Law (IWIL) during Mental Health Awareness Month. Its aim is to raise awareness about mental health and encourage action and innovation across the profession all year-round to improve well-being.
This Daily Schedule—the hub of WWIL—recommends activities and webinars for each day of the week. Each day focuses on a distinct dimension of holistic well-being for legal professionals.
Register for FREE webinars on every dimension of well-being:
- Monday: Stay Strong (Physical Well-Being)
- Tuesday: Align (Spiritual Well-Being)
- Wednesday: Engage & Grow (Career & Intellectual Well-Being)
- Thursday: Connect (Social Well-Being)
- Friday: Feel Well (Emotional Well-Being)
This year’s WWIL theme—Well-Being Reboot: A Fresh Start for Positive Change—embodies two key ideas:
- A clean slate to restart our well-being action plans (that may have been part of our waning New Year’s resolutions) and
- Behavior change to enhance well-being.
