What Are You Watching Wednesday CLE Doubleheader
It’s August! It’s Baseball Season in full swing! And in that spirit, Lawyers’ Mutual gives you a “Doubleheader” of CLEs this August on two very hot topics in the legal field.
On August 1st, new Rule of Professional Conduct 8.3 takes effect. Known as “The Snitch Rule”, attorney Wendy Patrick will let you know what you need to know as California becomes the last state to adopt such a rule.
