Lawyers’ Mutual will be sharing mental health wellness tips until the end of May. The aim of Well-Being Week in Law (WWIL) is to raise awareness about mental health and to improve well-being in the legal community.
Well-Being Week in Law covers the five dimensions of well-being:
- Physical – Strive for good nutrition and regular activity.
- Spiritual – Create a sense of meaning in life.
- Intellectual – Seek continuous learning and growth.
- Social – Build connections and a support system.
- Emotional – Identify and and manage emotions.
