Designed exclusively for the needs of Bar Associations/Lawyer Referral Services

Lawyers Mutual Insurance extends its services to California Bar Associations and certified independent Lawyer Referral Services through this innovative low-cost program designed to comply with the rules of the State Bar of California. This policy provides errors and omissions protection for the officers, directors and staff of the Bar Association/LRS.

Features

Annual premium starts as low as $300.

Limits of Liability range from $100,000 per claim/$100,000 annual aggregate to $1,000,000 per claim/$1,000,000 annual aggregate.

$2,500 Deductible.

Exclusively for members of the Lawyer Referral Service, a $500 annual individual professional liability policy is available.

Minimum Enrollment Qualifications

In order to qualify for this Program, your entity must be a:

  • State Regulated California Bar Association.
  • Certified Independent California Lawyer Referral Service (LRS).

Application Process

If you meet these qualifications, you are eligible to apply for coverage. Final approval is subject to review and underwriting by Lawyers’ Mutual of a completed application, including all requested attachments and additional information.
